Delegation from Bío-BíoRegion, Chile Visits CCNU

On April 14, a meeting between CCNU leaders and a delegation from Bío-Bío Region, Chile was held in Shaw(Yifu) International Conference Center. The delegation led by Rodrigo Diaz Wórner, the Intendant of Bío-Bío Region, Chile was warmly welcomed by Ma Min, secretary of the party committee of CCNU, Wang Enke, Vice President of CCNU, and 8 other deans and professors.
Ma Min delivered a welcome speech and introduced the internationalization of CCNU. He said that a delegation from CCNU had paid a visit to Chile in 2014 and there are three Chile postgraduates in CCNU now. He also said that based on the situation of Spanish education in CCNU, relevant staff in CCNU would pay efforts to establish Spanish major in the future and hoped the University of the Bío-Bío Region could support CCNU in relevant areas.
Rodrigo Diaz Wórner expressed his thanks for inviting the delegation to CCNU and introduced professors in the University of the Bío-Bío Region and many business representatives in the delegation. He thought highly of CCNU information facilities and hoped that both sides could have an in-depth cooperation. He also responded that the University of the Bío-Bío Region would support CCNU in relevant establishment.
Finally, Ma Min and Rodrigo Diaz Wórner, signed an agreement of cooperation. The agreement shows that mutual cooperation and exchanging activities can be extended to any fields of common interest to both sides. Besides this, collaboration in specific projects can also be proposed in the future.
